The EWQL CCC is what you might be looking at to get started. It's possible to use FL itself to produce the music, but as most said here, it's not suited at all for orchestral film work. And you probably will be served for 10 years if not longer using them. Their instruments are easy to use, have a good powerful sound and will be usable in other genres as well.
